Ceramic Fiber Rope

Ceramic fiber rope is a flexible thermal insulation and sealing material made from braided ceramic fiber yarn. It is designed for filling gaps, limiting heat loss, and sealing equipment exposed to elevated temperatures.

Wire-reinforced constructions are generally recommended for applications involving greater mechanical stress or frequent movement. Glass-fiber-reinforced rope is suitable for lower-temperature applications where reduced weight or electrical insulation is required.
