Product Introduction
Alumina Bubble Brick is a lightweight high-alumina refractory brick made from alumina hollow spheres, high-purity alumina powder and suitable bonding materials. The shaped bricks are fired at high temperatures to form a strong and stable refractory structure.
The alumina hollow spheres inside the brick create a large number of closed pores. This structure gives the product low bulk density, low thermal conductivity, low heat storage and good thermal insulation performance.
Compared with conventional dense refractory bricks, Alumina Bubble Brick can reduce the total weight of the furnace lining while maintaining good mechanical strength and high-temperature stability.
Alumina Bubble Brick contains 85% to 99% Al₂O₃. Different grades are available for operating temperatures from 1680°C to 1800°C. It is suitable for high-temperature and ultra-high-temperature industrial furnaces where both thermal insulation and structural strength are required.

Alumina Bubble Brick can help reduce the weight and heat storage of the furnace lining. It is especially suitable for furnace areas requiring high-temperature resistance, thermal insulation and good dimensional stability.
For areas exposed to severe mechanical impact, strong abrasion or direct contact with molten materials, the lining structure and refractory grade should be selected according to the actual operating conditions.
